Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
Return shipping is carried out by prior agreement.
Return conditions for goods in good condition:
Within 14 days of purchase, the customer has the right to return or exchange goods in good condition if:
• the product shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, damage;
• the product retains its original commercial appearance;
• the product is complete.
To return or exchange goods in good condition:
• email us at shop@dobroznak.com and inform us of your intention to return or exchange;
• send the item via Nova Poshta (through a branch), covering the delivery cost;

Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges of goods in good condition — all transportation costs are borne by the customer;
• provide the parcel number and bank card number for a refund;
• after receiving and inspecting the item, we will send a replacement or refund the money within 3 business days.
Important: Our representative does not pick up damaged parcels at Nova Poshta branches — the sender is responsible for the integrity of the packaging. All items are eligible for return only if their integrity and packaging compliance are preserved.
