• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped on the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery time for most orders is up to 10 business days, though sometimes it may take 15–20 days.
International shipping is carried out via UkrPoshta.
Shipping cost to Poland is 25 PLN.

⚠️ Important to know:

• All products, especially custom-made or with individual specifications, are shipped only after full prepayment.

• The payment date is considered the actual date when the funds are credited to the company's account.

The company processes returns and exchanges of goods in good condition in accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection".

Return and exchange period:

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
Return shipping is carried out by prior agreement.

Return conditions for goods in good condition:

Within 14 days of purchase, the customer has the right to return or exchange goods in good condition if:
• the product shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, damage;
• the product retains its original commercial appearance;
• the product is complete.

To return or exchange goods in good condition:

• email us at shop@dobroznak.com and inform us of your intention to return or exchange;
• send the item via Nova Poshta (through a branch), covering the delivery cost;
• returns and exchanges are processed only via Nova Poshta. Shipping details: Kyiv, Nova Poshta branch 245, FOP Buzov Oleksandr Ivanovych, EDRPOU code 3055502036, phone: +38 050 33-848-33. Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges of goods in good condition — all transportation costs are borne by the customer;
• provide the parcel number and bank card number for a refund;
• after receiving and inspecting the item, we will send a replacement or refund the money within 3 business days.

Important: Our representative does not pick up damaged parcels at Nova Poshta branches — the sender is responsible for the integrity of the packaging. All items are eligible for return only if their integrity and packaging compliance are preserved.
